Meditation, Studies On the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays of each month From 6:30-8:00 We will begin with the prayers of Hazrat Inayat Khan, followed by the elemental breaths and a 20 min. meditation. Then we will focus on the 'gathas,' sacred writings from Inayat Khan with commentary by Samuel Lewis. These will be accompanied by wazifas, ryazat and sohbet. For more information,

MORE: Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of the sweat. You and your friends are invited to the Itsipi ceremony. This is a mixed Sweat. Every participant should bring firewood, love offering and one dish to share for the potluck afterwards. Please bring towels, change of clothing, gallon of water and blanket for sitting. Bring all your emotional hurts that you are ready to release. This is a time for prayer, healing and learning!
